Red Lipstick

Regardless of your skin tone, you can rock a red lip. The Hollywood stars of yesteryear had flawless skin to complement their crimson pout but the key to getting this makeup look on point is to choose a color that matches your skin tone. Apply concealer around the outside of your lips to further define them.

UPD:

Red lipstick has been a classic makeup look for decades, and it's still a go-to for many women today. Red lipstick can be a great way to make a statement and add a pop of color to any look. It can be a bold choice, but if you find the right shade for your skin tone, it can be a great way to look glamorous.

When choosing a red lipstick, it's important to find the right shade for your skin tone. Fair skin tones look best with blue-based reds, while olive skin tones look better with orange-based reds. Darker skin tones can pull off a range of shades, from deep berry to bright cherry.

When applying red lipstick, it's important to use a lip liner to define and shape your lips. You can also apply concealer around the outside of your lips to further define them. Start by lining your lips and then fill in with the lipstick. Use a lip brush for a precise application, and blot with a tissue to set the color. Finish off with a layer of clear gloss for a glossy look.

Flawless Matte Skin

Using the right combination of foundation, concealer, and pressed powder will ensure that you look picture perfect. Start with moisturizing your face, then use concealer to hide any blemishes or dark circles. Next, apply foundation and powder for a flawless finish.

UPD:

.

Achieving a flawless matte skin look requires the right products and techniques. It is important to prep your skin with moisturizer before applying makeup. This will help create a smooth base for your foundation to glide on. Using a concealer to cover any blemishes or dark circles will give you an even complexion. Opt for a matte foundation and set it with a pressed powder to control shine and give a smooth, airbrushed finish. Remember to blend well and use a light hand when applying products for a natural look.

Cat Eye Eyeliner

This classic makeup look is one of my favorites! It's fun to create and looks great for just about any occasion. The key to a great cat eye is a great eyeliner -- cream or gel liner works best -- and creativity. You can do the standard swoosh, or winged, eyeliner, or get fancy!

UPD:

When executing the cat eye, take your time to perfect the curve, and remember, symmetry is your friend. Align the wings with the corner of your brows for a lifted effect. For novices, try drawing dots along the lash line and then connecting them for a more foolproof application. And remember, practice makes perfect! If you're feeling bold, go for a double wing or add a pop of color. The beauty of the cat eye is that it’s versatile, so play around until you find your signature look.

4

Defined Eyebrows

Having a set of dark and defined eyebrows can make your makeup look polished and accentuate the eyes. Old Hollywood had it right when all of the stars had a well-defined and dark brow. Use a dark brow powder to fill in and shape your eyebrows.

5

Neutral Eye Shadow

Don't overwhelm your otherwise picture-perfect makeup look with overpowering eye shadow. Use a cream or vanilla color on your eyelids so they aren't competing with the rest of your face. The neutral palette will also draw more attention to your pretty peepers.

UPD:

Neutral eye shadow is a timeless makeup look that can enhance any overall look. It is especially popular among women who prefer a more natural and subtle approach to their makeup. This type of eye shadow typically comes in shades of cream, beige, and taupe, and is perfect for everyday wear or for a more formal occasion. It can also help to balance out a bold lip or cheek color, making it a versatile choice for any makeup look. Additionally, neutral eye shadow is suitable for all skin tones and eye colors, making it a go-to choice for many women.

Rosy Cheeks

After applying your face makeup, use a rosy cream rouge or a powder blush on the apples of your cheeks. This will give you a nice glow and balance out your vintage inspired makeup look. Think porcelain doll, but don't go crazy with it -- you don't want to look like you have a fever.

UPD:

Rosy cheeks have been a timeless beauty trend, dating back to the Victorian era. This look is achieved by adding a touch of color to the cheeks, giving a youthful and flushed appearance. It is a staple in vintage-inspired makeup looks, often seen on icons like Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn. To achieve this look, opt for a cream rouge or powder blush in shades of pink or peach. Be sure to blend it well and start from the apples of your cheeks, gradually fading out towards the temples. This will give you a natural and radiant finish.

7

False Eyelashes

This step is optional but a must for those who want to add drama and an air of mystery to their look. Try using a kit which will include lash glue and eyelash strips. If you find the lashes are too long, simply trim them. Use Kim Kardashian as an inspiration when trying out this makeup look.

8

Lip Liner

No classic makeup look would be complete without lip liner. Use a red liner to fill in your lips and ensure that your ruby red lips stay beautiful while you blow kisses to your adoring fans. Consider tip number one with this one, too.

9

Vintage Hair

Why not go all-out glam and rock a vintage inspired hairstyle along with your new look? Pin curls or finger waves are beautiful and can be done at home before your night out. If you're short on time, try some hot rollers and get some bouncy curls.

UPD:

Vintage hairstyles are a great way to add glamour to any look. Pin curls and finger waves are popular vintage styles that can be done at home with a bit of practice. If you don't have time to style your hair, try using hot rollers to create bouncy curls. To ensure your vintage style holds, use a strong-hold hairspray and set with a curling iron. For extra volume, use a teasing comb to backcomb your roots before you start styling. To complete the look, add a headband or a vintage hair accessory. With a bit of practice, you'll be able to create beautiful vintage hairstyles perfect for any occasion.

OK, so this hasn't been done for a while, but it's just so simple that it could easily be carried over to the present. Hello

Load more button doesn't work. Shouldn't be split up anyway, tedious

The lady in that picture doesnt even have pores! Nobodys skin can naturally be that smooth! We can only try

And putting these all together give you a 50s look

this is terrible advice...start with a moisturizer, then a primer, then foundation, then concealer, then a setting powder. Putting foundation on over concealer will just smear it around and make it less effective at concealing.
