10. Meditate

Meditation allows you to quiet your mind for a few minutes, which helps you feel calm and relaxed. Spending 10 to 20 minutes meditating before you head out the door can help center your body and mind and help you stay calm during the day. You'll be surprised at how great you feel when you take the time to meditate.
