9. Get Some Exercise

If you get up a few minutes early, you'll have to time to fit in a workout. Exercising in the morning gets your blood flowing and wakes you up, but it also sets the stage for making good choices all day long. If your mornings are sluggish and it's hard to get going, adding a few minutes of exercise can get you revved up and ready. Even just 10 minutes when you get up is a great way to look and feel your best all day long.
