3. Walk More

Walk a few mores steps every day.

Of course, most people will tell you to exercise and while I totally recommend doing that, it may not be that easy to do daily.

Make sure you park your car a few more steps away at the grocery store or choose to take the stairs over the escalator or elevator at your office.

These extra steps build up and can help you battle daily stress and look younger at the same time.
