4. Drink More Water

Drink water or choose herbal tea over caffeinated or sugary drinks.

You may think you need a boost, but coffee or soda will only dehydrate you and make you more tired.

Since we are made up of water, we need to replenish that water daily.

Sip plain water or add fruits and veggies to give it a yummy taste.
