5. Nurture Your Happiness

Do small things that make you happy every day.

I meditate or dance to music.

Even if you can only manage it for five minutes, it will have benefits.

You might also splurge and have a glass of wine with dinner.2

Choose something that will ease your stress and make your day a happy one.

Look in the mirror again.

Do you see a younger you?

I bet you do.

I know when I look in the mirror I don’t see fifty and fatigued anymore, I see fifty and fabulous!
