ITEMS NEEDED for Your Clear Skin

• Water
• Facial cleanser (Noxzema, Cetaphil, Olay)
• Coconut oil (virgin, cold pressed, unrefined)

MORNING ROUTINE for CLear Skin

• Wash your face with hot 💦 (only as hot as you can stand)
*Hot 💦 opens your pores
• Use your daily cleanser and massage your face
*You do not have to let the cleanser sit for it to work
• Rinse your face with cold💦
• *Cold 💦 closes your pores (FYI you WANT to do this step because leaving your pores open allows them to become clogged again)
• Let your face air dry
• Use a dime size of coconut oil to massage on your face

NIGHT ROUTINE for Clear Skin

• USE THE MORNING ROUTINE!!

*Only put coconut oil if your face becomes dry after the wash.
Eventually your face will have moisture after your night routine, you will not need the oil to go to bed!

NOTE: You are training your skin! Training takes time and discipline. You will see a difference in your skin if you follow these steps every day!!

*If you are clearing your face from acne do not give up!
*This regimen may not work for everyone if you need to change some things to work for you and your type skin go for it!!

*Do not pick at your skin or try to cover your imperfections! (Minimal coverage if you must!)

*use a towel or a face brush to scrub off dead skin or if your pores seem to be large (this can give your face a deeper cleaning)

*use a towel or face brush once or twice a week (using it more can make your face too sensitive or raw)

@jasy44 If you wash your face in the morning you do not have to do anything Before practice.. And when I say find what works for you I mean switch things up, U may need more or less product depending on your daily life, but usually if I sweat I rinse..

@jasy44 Hi! After working out I rinse my face in the shower, if your face is dry after just put a little coconut oil to moisturize! But if your face seems to oily after your sports you can repeat the cleansing process!! You have to find what works for U!

what if you play sports and you constantly sweat? what to do right before and right after my practices?

It's never a good idea to wash your face with very hot water like warm will do just fine if u want to open your pores steam your face
