3 Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is naturally antibacterial, antifungal and moisturizing. By applying a thin layer at night before bed, your skin will be hydrated and glowing by morning. Coconut oil is also thin enough that it won’t clog your pores like some other oils may do. When looking for coconut oil make sure it is described as “virgin,” “cold pressed,” or “raw.”
