Flouride
Flouride is the main ingredient in the best toothpastes.

ADA
Look for the American Dental Association seal. The seal shows that the toothpaste passed all of the toothpaste trials.

Frequency
You should brush your teeth at least twice each day.

Baking Soda
If using a baking soda based toothpaste, do not use as often as is too abrasive.
Again, you only need flouride and the ADA seal for twice a day usage for that gorgeous smile!
