1

Let ‘Em Grow

In order to get fuller looking brows, one of the best things to do is to grow them out. I know, this is a really obvious method, but the trick is to grow them out in rows. According to makeup artist Dianne Carreiro, you should grow out your eyebrows starting from the hairs closest to your existing brows and tweezing any stray hairs. Keep growing out your brows by rows to regrow your brows and get a clean look.

2

Fake It ‘til You Make It

Another way to get on the track to thicker eyebrows is to use a white eye pencil to draw or trace your ideal brow shape and only tweeze the strays that are outside of the lines. I know it might be hard to stop yourself from only tweezing the brows outside, but keep in mind that achieving full eyebrows is a process and you can always use a brow pencil to fill in any gaps.

3

Stay on Schedule

No matter what part of your brow growing journey you're working on, try your best to only tweeze your brows on a schedule, like every week or two. So if you’re growing out a row of your brows or drawing on your dream brow, try not to tweeze unless it’s the designated day to do so. If you stray from your schedule, you can run the risk of over plucking your brows or messing up the shape you’re trying to form.

4

Exfoliate

Exfoliation might not be part of your current eyebrow grooming routine, but after you read about the benefits, you just might change your mind. Gently rubbing the eyebrow area with a soft toothbrush can exfoliate the area and help with regrowing hair. According to Dr. Adel Rammel, exfoliating the eyebrow area can help stimulate growth to thin or sparse eyebrows.

5

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is one of those miraculous products that work for what seems like just about everything. One of the many uses of coconut oil is to apply it to your eyebrows and massage it in at night before you go to sleep in order to stimulate and speed up hair growth. If you don’t have coconut oil, Vaseline or castor oil is said to work just as well.

Brow Serum

Some people opt to try a medicated formula rather than an oil in order to re-grow their brows and that’s not a bad idea, either. The only drawback to these serums or conditioners is that they’re often expensive so if you’re on a budget, using a natural remedy is likely more cost effective. Some popular products are Revitabrow or Rapidlash, and some recommend Latisse to speed up hair growth.

7

Fill It in

The last and most common option is to use either an eyebrow pencil, powder or gel to fill in sparse areas and create thicker eyebrows. These are great short-term solutions, but it’s always a good idea to try one of the other methods to grow out your brows while you’re at it. Try out different formulas and see what works best for you. Remember, there’s no one method or product that looks good on everyone!

Growing out your brows to get full eyebrows is not easy, but there are many ways to do it. The hardest part is probably waiting for them to grow and abstaining from tweezing, but it’s all worth it in the end. Do you have any tricks on growing out your brows?

billion dollar brows brow boost. it's awesome and works to thickening over tweezed or thinning brows

Vaseline is petroleum based and very toxic for you (this fact is not mentioned enough); I would stay away from it and stick to coconut oil.

I'm gonna try the exfoliat tip, as one eyebrow has not been growing :)

My cousin is a cosmetologist and suggested to give me thicker eyebrows as she begged to do my make up for Easter this year. I let her try it, and oh boy! They were way too bold for my face! haha...it's not meant for everybody. I love them on other people though, just not on me!

I've been using RapidBrow for around 18 months and have found it to be really effective. I use it once a day - before bed - and each tube lasts approx. 6 months, so I definitely get my money's worth.

Suddenly losing your eyebrow hair can mean you have a thyroid problem, especially if you lose the outer third of your brow. I've gotten good regrowth with Rapidlash serum.

get your eyebrows tinted in a salon. you will notice a difference and is cheap to!
