1. Look on the Bright Side
Before you discount this tip as a silly suggestion, give it some serious thought. Wouldn’t you agree that you feel happier when you look on the bright side of things? Having an optimistic outlook makes you feel happier and therefore, better all the way around. This includes how you feel about yourself. I know that I’ve never felt beautiful when I was looking for the negative in a situation and I’d say you haven’t either!
