1. Splash Cold Water on Your Face
This is a great thing to do in the morning when you wake up because cold water helps to tighten your pores and make your skin appear more even. It makes you feel more awake and gets rid of puffiness and is one of the best ways to look more awake.
2. Drink Plenty of Water
Dehydration is one of the main reasons why we look and feel tired. Your skin appears to look dry and wrinkles may be visible. It is important to increase your water intake because it is great for the skin. Try to drink at least eight glasses per day.
3. Go for a Run
A morning run is great to start off your day because it helps increase blood flow through your body and stimulates your metabolism. It will also boost your mental focus and help you stay alert by increasing blood flow to your brain.
4. Use Concealer
Concealing the dark circles under your eyes is a must if you want to look more awake in the morning. Apply your favorite concealer from the tear duct down to the bottom of your nose and up to the outside corner of your eye, which will create a triangle shape. This will help your face and your eyes to look more bright.
