1. For Your Hair
Get beautiful manageable hair by adding a quarter size amount of baking soda to your daily shampoo. This will make your crowning glory soft and beautiful, it’s also a great, natural hair cleanser. This is one of the best ways to use baking soda in your head to toe beauty routine.
2. For Your Teeth
Baking soda, along with a hydrogen peroxide solution, will naturally clean and polish your teeth. You can also give your toothpaste a boost by dipping your toothbrush with toothpaste into baking soda. Two teaspoons of baking soda in a glass of water is also great for soaking your partial or dentures. It leaves them clean and odor free.
3. Freshen Your Breath
Freshen your mouth and breath with 1 teaspoon of baking soda in half a glass of water; swish, gargle and rinse, this will neutralize the odor not just cover it up.
4. Ease Heartburn
If you are experiencing heartburn or acid indigestion, completely dissolve ½ teaspoon of baking soda in a half of glass of water and drink it every 2 hours. Consult a physician if you are on a sodium restricted diet. Do not administer to children under the age of 5.

6. Wash Your Hands
Make a gentle hand cleanser and softener to take the place of harsh soap. Use 3 parts of baking soda to 1-part water.
7. Soften Your Skin
For soft feeling skin and a relaxing bath, add ½ cup of baking soda to your bath. At the end of a long day, relax your feet in a tub of warm water with 3 tablespoons of baking soda.
