This doesn't mean you have to run out and buy a new outfit-although who doesn't love an excuse to shop?!-but it could be something as simple as cute underwear, a nice lace bra, or even some cartoon socks you enjoy. Whatever it is, wear it for you! Having something on you love will boost your confidence and make you feel better about yourself.
9. Talk to Your Mother
Generally speaking, moms and even grandmas, are wonderful for giving compliments without having to fish for them. Next time you feel down, call up someone you know will stroke your ego and it'll have you feeling great the rest of the day. My grandma is wonderful about this so she's always the one I call when I need some extra TLC.
10. Treat YourselF
Whether it's a new hair style, color, manicure, or pedicure, take yourself out and pamper yourself! It could even be all of the above. Just go do something nice for yourself and you'll instantly start feeling better and prettier.
