1. Use Epsom Salts as the Perfect Face Mask

If you have oily skin, you will love what this face mask can do for you. It’s also ideal for normal skin. Combine Epsom salts with lemon juice and milk until you form a thick paste. Gently massage the mixture into your skin and you’ll end up with the best glow you’ve ever had.

2. Exfoliate Your Lips for a Smooth Pucker

Regular exfoliation helps remove dead skin from your lips. Do it often enough and you’ll always have a soft, smooth kisser. Using Epsom salts couldn’t be any easier. Simply mix a small amount of them with petroleum jelly and gently rub it onto your lips. Gently rinse the mixture and get ready to be impressed with how great your lips feel.

3. Clean and Exfoliate the Skin on Your Face

Exfoliating your face removes dead skin cells just like on your lips, but it also helps slough off built up products and other junk that settles on your face during the day. Mix a teaspoon or two of Epsom salts with your favorite cleanser and wash as usual. The Epsom salts help clean your face, but also exfoliate your skin, leaving you with a radiant and glowing complexion that you’ll be proud to show off.

4. Scrub Your Body All over

If exfoliating works for your face and lips, you know it’s also going to work for your entire body. After all, you’re covered with skin everywhere, right? Use a mixture of Epsom salts and honey and exfoliate your entire body. The honey infuses your skin with antioxidants and the salts remove your dead skin cells and give you the healthiest skin you’ve ever had.

5. Load Your Hair with Volume

We all want lush, gorgeous hair and it turns out that Epsom salts can help. Combine the salts with your conditioner and massage the mixture into your hair while you shower. Let it sit for about 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. After just a few applications, you’ll start to notice fuller hair that gets you lots of compliments.

6. Relax in a Bath to Look Beautiful

It’s no secret that stress can do a number on your skin and make you look less than your best. Ease that stress and treat your skin at the same time by taking a bath full of Epsom salts. You can spend an hour or so relaxing and calming your mind while also reaping the exfoliation and soothing benefits that Epsom salts have to offer. Perfect!

7. Get Rid of Greasy Hair Once and for All

Greasy hair never looks good and now you never have to suffer with it again. Use Epsom salts to soak up some of that shine. Combine about ½ cup shampoo with the same amount of Epsom salts. Wash your hair with the mixture. You can finish the treatment with an apple cider rinse for even more benefits.

Thanks db for your info cause I was doubting the face scrub part. Very helpful additional info from you. Specially about the bath.

Hi BrittanyBAKER, here are a few of my recommendations that might help: A NATURAL COST EFFECTIVE WAY- mix some sugar into your cleanser or mix a pinch of baking soda in your cleanser once or twice a week. STORE BOUGHT OPTION on the lower end $: Apricot scrub and for HIGH END $$$, I would recommend Laura Mercier (face polish $30, one tube lasts me for a year when used 2-3 weekly in the shower) or Lancer (Polish $75). P.s. I'm a licensed Esthetician and I don't represent/work for any of these brands. Hope this helps:)

Great for sore body after workout!!!

Nice!!😍

Well I was going to try the face scrub =\ I mean, if you don't rub it into your face with a ton of pressure it should be ok, right? Idk that's why I'm asking! :)

Huge fan of Epson salt and been working in the cosmetic industry for 13+ years...I must say that there are 2 points that are WRONG, even DAMAGING: 1) as a face scrub- the particles/ grains are not polybeaded/ rounded. It can damage and cut your skin so I would not recommend it for that. Also as a bath, one should not sit in that Epsom salt bath any longer than 10-20minutes max. It can be a halts hazard. Epson salt is Magnesium Sulfate which has many health benefits but some can be even allergic to it. Too much of anything is bad, especially "sitting in the tub for an hour". This is all to share proper info, not to be negative.
