1. Use It to Apply Dry Shampoo

Dry shampoo is a great fix for when you don’t have time to wash your hair, but you can be in such a hurry so you dump too much and waste time brushing it out. You might as well have spent the time washing your hair! One of the great uses for a toothbrush makes dry shampoo application a breeze. With a toothbrush you can spot apply dry shampoo to the areas that need it, rather than dumping it all over.

2. Use It to Declump Mascara
